Visit a
driver and vehicle office with:
- A completed and printed form (copies also available at driver and vehicle offices)
- Photo identification
- The RCMP accident report number
An accident report includes information about a specific collision, names of drivers involved and a description of the vehicles as well as road conditions at the time of the collision.
