Registration

Commercial Carriers weighing more then 4,500 kgs that wish to enter the Northwest Territories must have a valid Registration Permit for the vehicle they are traveling in before entering the NWT. Failure to purchase a Registration Permit can result in a fine. Carriers from outside the NWT must purchase a Registration Permit before they are able to purchase a Single Trip Permit.
